The blend draws from carefully selected CTC Assam tea leaves — the backbone of every great Indian chai. CTC, or Crush-Tear-Curl, is a processing method that produces small, tightly rolled pellets of tea that brew fast, strong, and intensely — releasing a deep, malty liquor that gives Indian chai its characteristic boldness and its ability to hold its own against milk and sugar without flinching.
